Lesson 138KingdomProphetic Pattern

What No Eye Has Seen

Isaiah marveled that no eye has seen what God prepares for His people.

Old Testament

Isaiah 64:4

Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.

New Testament

1 Corinthians 2:9

However, as it is written: "What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived" — the things God has prepared for those who love him.

Why This Matters

Isaiah marveled that no eye has seen what God prepares for His people. Paul quotes this to describe the surpassing glory that awaits believers in Christ — beyond imagination, beyond comprehension.

Reflection

Jesus, Ruler of all nations, through What No Eye Has Seen expand my vision beyond this passing age to the world You are making new.
