Part 1 - Multiple Choice

Which New Testament passage fulfills this prophecy in this lesson?

Part 2 - Fill In The Blank
Why This Matters

God made a covenant with David that his throne would be established forever. No earthly king could fulfill that promise—every dynasty eventually falls. The angel Gabriel announced to Mary that her son Jesus would receive David's throne, and his kingdom would have no end. Jesus is the eternal King that David's line always pointed toward.

Reflection

Lord Jesus, through Son of David I see how Your coming was no accident — a covenant line stretching from 2 Samuel 7:12 to Luke 1:32.
