Son of Man at God Right Hand
The psalmist prayed for God's hand to rest on the son of man at His right hand.
Old Testament
Psalm 80:17
Let your hand rest on the man at your right hand, the son of man you have raised up for yourself.
New Testament
Mark 14:62
And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.
Why This Matters
The psalmist prayed for God's hand to rest on the son of man at His right hand. Jesus declared that He is that Son of Man — seated at the right hand of the Mighty One, coming on heaven's clouds.
