Why This Matters

Ezekiel promised that God would place one shepherd—his servant David—over his people. Jesus declared himself the Good Shepherd who lays down his life for the sheep. Unlike hired hands who flee when danger comes, Jesus willingly gave his life. He is the shepherd Ezekiel foresaw, uniting and caring for God's flock with sacrificial love.

Reflection

Lord, give me courage to speak life, mercy, and hope. Through The Good Shepherd, train my hands and words for Your mission.
