"The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins," declares the LORD.
and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written: "The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob."

Redeemer coming to Zion applied to Messianic times in Sanh. 98a and Pesiqta 166b
Isaiah promised a Redeemer coming to Zion for those who repent. Paul quoted this in Romans to affirm that God has not abandoned his ancient people—a deliverer has come from Zion. Jesus' redemptive work reaches beyond any single generation or group; his saving mission extends to all who turn to him.
Lord of the future, as I study Deliverer from Zion, anchor my hope not in circumstances but in Your coming reign.
