Isaiah announced that comfort was coming to God's people. Simeon waited his whole life for this consolation — and held it in his arms when he held the infant Jesus. The comfort Isaiah promised has a name.
Lord Jesus, shape my daily life after Your ministry. As Isaiah 40:1 meets Luke 2:25, teach me to serve with compassion and truth.
